1. What are your clinic hours?
Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-12:30pm. If you have an emergency outside of these hours, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

2. Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
Appointments are recommended to ensure your pet receives timely care. However, we do our best to accommodate urgent cases and same-day needs when possible.

3. What types of pets do you see?
We primarily treat dogs and cats.

4. What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
Please bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, a list of current medications, and any questions or concerns you have about your pet’s health.

5. Do you offer boarding services?
Yes! We provide comfortable boarding for both dogs and cats, including daily walks and complimentary baths for longer stays. Contact us for details or to make a reservation.

6. What kind of food do you provide for boarding pets?
We feed Royal Canin Gastrointestinal food during boarding stays, but you’re welcome to bring your pet’s regular diet if you prefer.

7. Can you give my pet medication while boarding?
Absolutely. Our trained staff can administer any medications your pet needs while they’re in our care.

8. Do you offer payment plans or financing?
We accept most major payment methods and may offer financing options through CareCredit. Feel free to call us for details.

9. How often should my pet come in for a check-up?
We recommend yearly wellness exams for most pets. Senior pets or those with ongoing medical conditions may need more frequent visits.
