Owner and Doctor
Juan Carlos Sanchez, DVM
Dr. Sanchez is the owner and founder. He studied at Kansas State University and later gained his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. He started his own practice in Kansas where he practiced for two years. He then moved to Florida to open Advanced Veterinary Services in 1994. He began doing mobile services for large and small breed animals.
Doctor
Sigfredo Rodriguez, DVM
Dr. Rodriguez started his journey at the University of Puerto Rico. He later attended Pedro Henriquez Urena National University where he obtained his doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2006. He moved to Florida in 2012 and has been practicing Advanced Veterinary Services.
Doctor
Joseph Sanchez, DVM
Dr. Joe Sanchez graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a degree in Biology. He then pursued his doctorate of veterinary medicine, graduating from Ross University in May 2019. During his studies, Dr. Sanchez also attended the University of Florida for his clinical year. Upon graduation, Dr. Joe has now been practicing at Advanced Veterinary Services since 2019.

Our technicians are caring, skilled, and dedicated to keeping every pet comfortable and healthy. They work closely with our veterinarians to provide excellent care and support.
Pablo
Pablo is our clinic manager and a key part of keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. A Florida State University graduate in Business Management, he ensures that our staff, doctors, clients, and their pets all have an excellent experience. Pablo has a strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and is passionate about caring for both pets and their owners.
Airyn
Meet Airyn! She is our lead Veterinary Technician. She has a bachelor’s in human resources and many years of experience working with animals. She is the former owner of a non-profit foundation in Venezuela known as Proamar, where homeless dogs go to find their forever homes. Airyn has been with us since 2017.
Izzy
Isabelle has always had a passion for caring for animals, a love that started when she was young. She brings that compassion to every pet she works with at our clinic. At home, she enjoys reading and spending time with her dog, Georgia. Isabelle is also excitedly expecting her baby girl in March 2026.
Alisa
Alisa is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Veterinary Technician who loves giving a voice to the voiceless. She is hardworking and committed to providing the best care for every pet that comes through our doors. Outside of work, Alisa enjoys spending time with her family and her labradoodle, Bear.
Lola
Lola is a caring and dedicated member of our team, always making sure every pet that comes through our doors feels loved and well cared for. When she’s not helping furry friends, she enjoys staying active with workouts and spending quality time playing with her beagle, Tesla.
Aly
Aly loves being part of a team and helping animals, bringing dedication and enthusiasm to our clinic every day. She has a special interest in learning about large animal medicine. Outside of work, Aly enjoys crocheting and spending quality time with her family.
Laura
Laura has a deep compassion for animals, which inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She shares her home with two beloved dogs, Manchas and Panda. Laura is currently expecting a baby boy, due in November 2025, and is excited to continue caring for pets and their families as she grows her own.
Marlene
Marlene takes great care of every pet that comes through our clinic, making sure they feel safe and loved. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her beagle, Jack.
